So today in Lab I think I "killed" my mannequin! Lovely. we practiced med passes...which was a GREAT experience...but then realized that my "patient's" MAR medical record number didn't match his arm band number. Yep....fabulous!!!!!!!!!
OK, so now we move on and try to study for finals, not stress about next term and injections, etc, etc, etc
But I can promise you that I will NEVER forget to REALLY compare those numbers again!!!!!!
Good, that's the point after all!
ReplyDeleteBetter to kill them in class than in real life! We all missed something different. That's the point of doing this. I still think I introduced myself but oh well....maybe it was in my head since I do keep a running dailogue going all the time there anyway!

ReplyDeleteI can't believe I had such a difficult time passing meds. Its a miracle my children survived all these years! You are right I will hear Ms. Campbell's voice every step I take when passing meds!
